Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead transformation and process improvement initiatives across:
- New Business / Onboarding & Underwriting
- Claims Operations
- Policy Servicing (50+ servicing processes)
- Review, map, and re-engineer complex operational workflows.
- Drive operational optimization using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Partner with business, operations, and project teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancement programs.
- Support digital and AI-related operational transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven Project Manager experience within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, particularly New Business, Claims, and Policy Servicing.
- Hands-on experience in process mapping, workflow redesign, and business transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels
- Consulting or transformation background preferred
