Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Actively solicit business opportunities by promoting a comprehensive range of retail banking products to mass-market customers to achieve team and individual sales targets.
Needs-Based Selling: Identify and fulfill customers’ financial needs, providing tailored solutions and making professional product referrals when necessary.
Service Excellence: Drive initiatives for continuous service improvement, ensuring that every customer receives professional, high-quality, and compliant service.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant banking or retail financial services experience.
Product Knowledge: Solid understanding and exposure to various retail banking products (e.g., deposits, lending, cards, wealth products).
Certifications: Holders of HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 (or equivalent) and IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3, 5, alongside the MPF Intermediaries Examination, will have a distinct advantage.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua to effectively serve a diverse customer base.
Soft Skills: High initiative team player, sales- and customer-oriented, with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
